Michael M. Ain

Michael Ain received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a minor in Economics. He then attended the National Law Center at George Washington University, receiving his J.D. with honors. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and the District of Maryland as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.

Michael Ain is a Member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc., the Maryland Association for Justice and is a Team Leader and Master (highest rank) of American Inns of Court, Bryant Inn. He is a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, (NITA) in the trial and deposition programs. Mr. Ain has lectured on Medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death and served as an Instructor for the District of Columbia Bar Continuing Legal Education program. He has also given presentations on such diverse courses as " Proving Damages in Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Cases," " Law and Techniques," " Using Videotape Depositions As Evidence At Trial" " Medical Malpractice and the Paralegal." He has also conducted seminars relating to Medical Malpractice, Proving Damages in Serious Injury Cases, Trial Technique, The Second Amendment and Possession of Handguns, The Insanity Defense, Attorneys fees in Tobacco Litigation and Class Action cases. Mr. Ain served as Arbitrator, District of Columbia Superior Court and is a volunteer mediator for the District Court of Maryland and provides pro bono legal services in cases involving fee disputes.
